Dr. Alana Pudalov (DSW, LCSW, MAPP, SIFI), Director of Wellness at BGCNW, is a global expert in positive psychology, trauma care, and youth well-being. With advanced degrees from NYU, UPenn, and Columbia, she brings over 13 years of experience helping young people build resilience and balance.
