Briea Student Competition 2025 – Terms & Conditions

1.Organizers

  • Open to students currently enrolled in undergraduate or postgraduate programs in recognized Indian colleges/universities.

2. Eligibility
  • Open to students currently enrolled in undergraduate or postgraduate programs in recognized Indian colleges/universities.
  • Only Indian citizens are eligible.
  • Each participant may submit only one entry.
  • Team entries are not permitted.
3. Theme and Format
  • Topic: “Burnout Epidemic – Why Students Are Crashing and How to Stop It”
  • Word Limit: Exactly 300 words
  • Language: English only
  • Entry must be submitted directly through the online form provided by Briea. No uploads are required.
4. Entry Rules
  • All entries must be original and created solely by the participant.
  • Entries must not be copied, AI-generated, or plagiarized in any form.
  • Submissions must comply with the word limit.
  • Briea reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate guidelines.
5. Submission Deadline
  • All entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM IST, September 25, 2025.
6. Evaluation

Entries will be judged by an expert panel on the basis of:

  • Relevance to topic
  • Clarity of thought and language
  • Originality
  • Practicality of proposed solutions
7. Prizes Student Awards
  • 1st Prize: ₹25,000 + Certificate + Wellness Kit
  • 2nd Prize: ₹15,000 + Certificate + Wellness Kit
  • 3rd Prize: ₹10,000 + Certificate + Wellness Kit
  • Top 25 entries may be published with credit
  • All valid participants will receive a digital participation certificate
College Awards

Top 3 colleges (based on participation and quality) will receive:

  • Briea Wellness Leadership Trophy
  • Certificate of Excellence
  • Free Wellness Workshop for Students
8. Taxes on Prizes
  • Prizes above ₹10,000 may be subject to TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) under Indian Income Tax laws.
  • Winners must provide a valid PAN (if available) and necessary documents to claim prizes.
9. Use of Submitted Work
  • Participants grant Briea the non-exclusive right to publish, display, or use their entry with appropriate credit.
  • Briea will not sell or use the content for commercial purposes without consent.
10. Personal Information
  • Participants’ data will be used only for the purposes of the competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent. See privacy policy.
11. Dispute Resolution
  • The decision of the judging panel will be final and binding.
  • Briea reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition in the event of technical or regulatory issues.
12. If there are more than one winner, the final winner will be chosen by a draw.
